  • Double-sided design Blowing up manually 1) Locate the filling tab. 2) Insert a standard drinking straw between the layers of plastic until you feel the seal break. 3) Pinch the filling tab around straw so air will not come out and hold the filling tab while blowing air into straw. When the balloon is firm to the touch, it has enough air. Be careful not to blow too much air into the balloon, it will eventually pop. 4) When balloon is full, pinch the filling tab and gently pull out the straw, pressing the film together. The tab is self sealing. Attach string if desired. Inflating with pump or helium 1) A smaller tip is best, insert between the layers of plastic. 2) Hold the filling tab around the nozzle and inflate till firm. Be careful not to overfill the balloon or it may pop. 3) When balloon is full, pinch the filling tab and remove the nozzle. The tab is self sealing. Attach string, if desired.
